How to get tickets

Tickets can be purchased at www.ticketmaster.com/OhioStateFair. Concert tickets purchased before arriving at the Fair include Fair admission. Unless otherwise noted, there is a limit of eight tickets per person, per show on the first day of sale. Please note that Ticketmaster no longer offers retail outlets or phone centers.

Please be cautious when considering using online auction sites, as these tickets cannot be verified as authentic tickets. The Ohio Expositions Commission will not be responsible for fraudulent sales or the illegal duplication or sale of tickets, and does not encourage ticket re-sales.


Will Call

If you have purchased tickets to be picked up at "will call," they will be available at the WCOL Celeste Center Box Office. Because you have purchased tickets in advance, your Fair admission is still included for the day of the show. By 10 a.m. each morning, each entry gate will have a list of names of the people who have their tickets at will call. If your name is on the list, they will let you and the total number in your party of tickets purchased into the Fair at no charge. It is advised that you bring your ticket purchase confirmation just in case there are any issues. You can pick up your actual concert ticket at the WCOL Celeste Center Box Office Will Call window any time after 1 p.m. on the day of show.

Directions

Take I-71 to 17th Avenue exit. Follow signs to Fair parking. The Celeste Center is located inside the Ohio Expo Center grounds east of the Bricker MarketPlace Building.


Parking

General parking is free at the Ohio State Fair.

Box Office Hours

Open during the Fair only:
Monday through Sunday - Noon to 8 p.m.

Types of Payment Accepted

The Box Office accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Will Call

The Will Call Window at Celeste Center is open from Noon until the end of the show on the day of the show only. Customers will need driver's license and confirmation number.

For shows which include gate admission, enter at any gate - a Will Call list will be present at each entry point.

Accessible Seating, ASL Interpretation, and Assisted Listening Devices

Accessible Seating

Designated seating is available for guests with disabilities. All accessible seating can be purchased directly from Ticketmaster by clicking "filters" then toggling the switch that says "show accessible tickets," or selecting a seat with a wheelchair icon using the select-a-seat function. This icon indicates all accessible seating options, including wheelchair accessible seats and seats in clear view of ASL interpretation for patrons who are deaf or hard of hearing. Please note: standing is not permitted in any of our accessible seating areas.

ASL Interpretation

ASL signed interpretation is provided for each concert in the WCOL Celeste Center. The interpreter for each concert is located on a riser at the front of section 105.

Assisted Listening Devices

Free assisted listening devices are available for use at the WCOL Celeste Center, and can be picked up by patrons at the Box Office located inside the center doors of the building. Patrons who do not return listening devices will be charges a fee.

General Rules

CAMERAS: The use of cameras will be determined on a show by show basis.

RECORDING DEVICES: The USE of video recorders and tape recorders IS prohibited.

PROHIBITED ITEMS: Laser pointers, smoking, "selfie sticks"

Children Rules

Children age 3 and older MUST have a ticket.

Children under 3 who require a separate seat must have a ticket. Children 2 and under who are able to sit on a lap may do so without a ticket.


Miscellaneous

Tickets for paid events at the Celeste Center include admission to the fair when purchased in advance. Please read the ticket information carefully.


COVID-19

The Ohio State Fair plans to follow applicable state and local protocols related to the spread of COVID-19. Although it is not required, we encourage Ohioans to choose to be vaccinated and follow proper preventive measures, such as wearing a mask and regularly washing your hands.
