Ingredients
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 8 cream cheese, softened
- 6 mint chocolate chips melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. mint extract
- White chocolate coating
Instructions
- Cream sugar and cream cheese
- Add chocolate and extracts
- Place in refrigerator, covered for 30 minutes
- Shape into small balls, refrigerate for 1 hour
- Melt chocolate coating, tint shade of green with food coloring or colored coating discs
- Dip truffles to coat
- Chill
