First place, Quick Breads (Vegetable Bread Loaf), 2017
Baking temperature: 375 degrees
Baking time: 60-70 minutes
Yield: 1 loaf
Ingredients
- 3 c flour
- ¼ c sugar
- 2 t baking powder
- 1½ t salt
- 3 eggs beaten
- ¾ c milk
- ¼ c oil
- 1 T prepared mustard
- 1 T horseradish
- 1 t fresh ground pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Stir first 4 ingredients together. Set aside
- Mix the wet ingredients together and add them all at once to the dry
- Stir only until the dry is moistened
- Pour the batter into a greased standard loaf pan and bake at 375 degrees for 60-70 minutes
- Cool for 20 minutes and remove from pan
