Yield: 6, ½ pint jars
Ingredients
- 1 c small diced green bell pepper (seeded)
- 1 c small diced red bell pepper (seeded)
- ½ c small diced jalapeno peppers (seeded)
- 1 ½ c apple cider vinegar
- ½ t butter
- 1 T red pepper flakes
- 6 ½ c sugar
- 1 pack liquid pectin
Instructions
- Bring all ingredients except pectin to a full rolling boil
- Add pectin and return to a full rolling boil
- Boil for 1 minute
- Remove from heat
- Ladle hot jelly into hot jars, leaving 1/8 inch at top
- Adjust two-piece jar lids
- Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes
