Ingredients
- 4 ½ cups granulated sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp. of butter
- 1, 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 2 cups chopped nuts
- 2, 4 oz. bars of milk chocolate, broken into pieces
- 1, 12 oz. bag of semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups of mini marshmallows
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Butter two 9” x 9” baking pans or glass dishes.
- Place chocolate chips, milk chocolate, mini marshmallows in large bowl set aside.
- Measure vanilla and put it in a small container so it is ready to pour.
- Spray 4-5 quart non-stick saucepan with cooking spray.
- In sauce pan combine sugar, butter, salt and evaporated milk. Stir constantly over low heat until sugar dissolves. Bring to boil and cook for another 6 minutes.
- Quickly add vanilla and rest of dry ingredients. Using a wooden spoon, stir until chocolate and marshmallows are melted. Pour into prepared pans.
- Let stand at least 2 hours before cutting. Store in airtight containers in refrigerator.
