Yield: 6, ½ pint jars

Ingredients

  • 1 c small diced green bell pepper (seeded)
  • 1 c small diced red bell pepper (seeded)
  • ½ c small diced jalapeno peppers (seeded)
  • 1 ½ c apple cider vinegar
  • ½ t butter
  • 1 T red pepper flakes
  • 6 ½ c sugar
  • 1 pack liquid pectin

Instructions

  • Bring all ingredients except pectin to a full rolling boil
  • Add pectin and return to a full rolling boil
  • Boil for 1 minute
  • Remove from heat
  • Ladle hot jelly into hot jars, leaving 1/8 inch at top
  • Adjust two-piece jar lids
  • Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes
