When will a schedule be released?
We plan to post information as soon as possible, ideally in early May.
When will entries open online? When are entries due?
Books will be posted and available in early May. May 10, entries will go live online, and will be due no later than June 20, 2021.
Are spectators allowed?
Yes, exhibitors, families, and guests are permitted. Seating will to be prioritized for family members of exhibitors.
Will we need to wear masks or follow other protocol?
At this time, the statewide mask mandate remains in effect. All state and local health guidelines will be followed. Exhibitors and families should plan to have a mask for each individual.
Will the shows be streamed online?
Plans are underway to potentially stream as many shows as possible. Details are forthcoming.
Are exhibitors required to have completed Quality Assurance?
Yes, exhibitors must complete Quality Assurance in one of the following forms:
- Ohio Youth Quality Assurance (county or state)
- Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (YQCA)
- Beef Quality Assurance (current year, face–to–face)
- Pork Quality Assurance (current year, face–to–face)
Will there be any market or sale opportunity?
Details for specific barn sales are forthcoming. The Fair will close with a Sale of Champions on Sunday, August 8.
Will there be vendors for food and show supplies?
Yes, limited food vendors will be available, as well as show supplies.
Will camping be available? When can I reserve my spot?
Exhibitor camping will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations will not be required or accepted. The rate will be $50 per day. Camping will be available in the Korbel Campgrounds. More information is available at ohiostatefair.com/camping.
