Millions of tiny specks like dust, pollen or smoke float in the air. Sometimes, bacteria hitches a ride on these tiny particles and becomes airbourne, traveling great distances. Professors from the Biological and Environmental Sciences Department at Wittenberg University are on site to explore bacterial colonies collected from common items, demonstrate how to effectively disinfect them, monitor air quality and discuss important measures to keep our air clean to protect our health.
