Terri Brickles is a member of the Girl Scouts committee for the Ohio State Fair, as well as a member of the Western Ohio Buckeye Trails Region of the Girl Scouts, where she volunteers in many areas. She is a service team chair in her service unit, the co-director for Council Operated Troop Camp and an archery facilitator for Girl Programs.
She received an associate’s degree in applied business with majors in computer programming and accounting in 1976 from Clark Technical College (now Clark State Community College) in Springfield, Ohio. She worked in the corporate data center for the National Cash Register Company (NCR) in Dayton until 1994 when she left to focus on raising her family.
Terri comes from a Girl Scouting family that now has a fourth generation Girl Scout in the program. She was a Girl Scout as a child and then a troop leader for her daughter’s troop for 13 years.
Terri is an adamant dog lover and has two greyhounds that are the true meaning of couch potatoes. She volunteers with Team Greyhound Adoption of Ohio, helping to place retired racing greyhounds in forever homes. In her spare time, Terri sews, quilts and spoils her grandchildren.
