Musical Entertainment at Outdoor Stages

Promotional materials from musicians and bands wishing to perform at the outdoor stages during the 2017 Ohio State Fair were accepted in September and October of 2016. Materials are no longer being accepted. Please check back next September for information regarding the 2018 Ohio State Fair.

Non-Musical Entertainment at Outdoor Stages and Roving Entertainment

Promotional materials from non-musical entertainers wanting to play at the 2017 Ohio State Fair will be accepted between September and December of 2016 only. All non-music related entertainers wishing to be considered for the Ohio State Fair may email a promotional packet to Mark Sparks of Triangle Talent, Inc. at msparks@triangletalent.com between September and December of 2016 only. After this time, no materials will be accepted.

This a capella family band, comprised of three brothers and a cousin, is known for their distinct blend of R&B, hip hop and pop they call the “Kazual experience.”

Mama Lou, Aug. 2 – 7

Matt Jergens, Aug. 2 – 7
Aaron’s Gazebo Stage
This comedic entertainer has been thrilling and captivating audiences with his one man show for more than 20 years. Matt is an Ohio State alumnus, an international gold medalist juggler and enjoys performing more than 300 shows a year at events across the nation.

Marshal Manlove, Aug. 2 – 7

Comedy hypnotist and mentalist Marshal Manlove will have you laughing like you haven’t in years – or maybe ever! His finely-crafted, hysterical show displays the powers of the human mind in ways you’ll have to see to believe.

Lumberjack Show, Daily
Natural Resources Park
This entertaining act offers a glimpse into the life of a lumberjack including numerous demonstrations such as ax throwing, chainsaw carving and even log rolling. 

Steve Trash, July 27 – August 1
Aaron’s Gazebo Stage
This “Rockin’ Eco Hero” has performed at theatres, fairs and festivals all over the world, educating more than 25 million people. His mission is to engage his audiences by performing magic tricks with garbage and teaching about ecology. His show is an excellent blend of eco-entertainment and eco-education.
